What we keep, and who sees it.

We collect only what you send on the request form: name, email, phone, neighborhood, and notes about the house.

That information is used to answer you and, if you hire us, to run the visits. We do not sell lists.

Visit reports include photos of your property and a location stamp. Those reports go only to the people you name.
